Andrea is passionate about family law and is recognised for balancing professionalism with an authentic warmth that puts clients at ease. Andrea loves nothing more than achieving outstanding results for her clients and removing the stress that family law matters often bring.
Whether the issue is a property settlement, divorce, or parenting, Andrea will take the time to listen carefully to the issues facing her clients and propose a comprehensive and legally sound strategy to achieve the desired outcome. Divorce does not need to be devastating. As an ardent and compassionate lawyer, Andrea will replace a sense of devastation with a sense of hope, positivity, and finality, to assist her family law clients to find full independence and get on with living their lives fully.
Andrea graduated from Bond University with a Juris Doctor and a Masters in Criminology. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2021 and was entered on the register of practitioners of the High Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in 2023. Andrea is currently completing an applied master’s in family law through the College of Law.
In earlier careers, Andrea was the CEO of both Ohana for Youth and Arcadia College; two non-profit organisations committed to assisting young people who find mainstream education does not adequately meet their needs. Her background as a former CEO brings a wealth of skills to her practice and a keen understanding of complex interpersonal dynamics. Andrea’s broad experience allows her to confidently negotiate and advocate for her clients, always with persistence to achieve the desired outcome.
Andrea has lived on the Gold Coast for more than 30 years and can sometimes be found enjoying the beach, local parks and restaurants with her dog “Willy Wonka”.
