Equine law is a specialised area of legal practice that addresses the diverse issues related to horses and the equine industry. It aims to protect the interests of all involved in the equine industry, ensuring fair practices and resolving conflicts effectively while promoting the well-being of the horses themselves.

We understand the unique challenges in this field, and our in-depth knowledge means we can provide clients with both preventative solutions and specialised legal advice.

We have a thorough understanding of both the legal framework and the unique aspects of the equine world, including knowledge of horse behaviour, industry standards, and the specific needs of horse owners, trainers, riders, and many other interested parties.
