Charlotte studied at Griffith University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2022. Charlotte then completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law and was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023.
Since early on in her studies, Charlotte has worked for several firms on the Gold Coast before joining the team at Croy Legal in mid-2022. With experience in a range of areas of law including Property Law, Conveyancing, Estate Planning, and Litigation, Charlotte has found a passion for Commercial and Equine law.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has represented a diverse clientele including Olympic-level equestrians, performance horse breeders, local equestrian groups, and individual horse owners. Charlotte’s in-depth knowledge of both commercial and equine law coupled with her compassion and her competitive edge ensures her clients receive top-tier services across all of their legal issues.
Charlotte is known for her unwavering drive and persistence to achieve results for her clients whilst maintaining her forthcoming and approachable manner. Charlotte is open and honest with her clients and believes communicating and providing realistic expectations is a vital part of her role. Her proactive approach to legal challenges and commitment to succeed make her a trusted advisor in both commercial and equine law matters.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys soccer and touch football, and regularly competes in Show Jumping and Dressage with her team of young horses. Charlotte is an instructor and President of the Mudgeeraba Pony and Hack Club. She has a large presence on the Gold Coast Equestrian scene and is infamously known as “the one with all the coloured horses.”
